In this day and age, when it’s easier than ever to self publish, I found new writers reaching out looking for feedback and guidance. Through beta and proofreading, I wanted to try my hand at helping others. 

I got my start on a website that guaranteed good work for a low price. I started meeting people who loved my work ethic and my honesty. In my time on there, I’ve earned a badge for having one of the highest number of return customers as well as over one hundred ‘five star’ reviews.

Though I was happy with my success on that website, I wanted to enhance the experience. I wanted to hear clients' comments on my edits and find out answers to the questions I posed. I felt like it was important that they could contact me and just say, “Hey! I had this idea, can I run it by you?” without feeling like they were under certain restraints due to rules set by a faceless corporation. I want every person I work with to feel like a friend; like I’m just their nerdy, grammar loving buddy who loves to edit their work, as well as hype them up.
