Back again with a thoughtful writing prompt;

Compose a handwritten letter to someone from your past.

This can be anyone, a past lover, a friend, your past self. Tell them how you feel about drifting apart. Tell them how you’ve grown, tell them how you’ve changed.
Feel free to read it out loud, or to ball it up and throw it in the trash.
